Woke up this morning
Nothing to live or die for

REFLECTION
Sat by the fire
Warm socks on a Winter’s night
Logs not yet ashes

Discard attachment
Loss a fizzy illusion
And sorrow sham pain

And yet are also two
No apprehension too
Like rice and barley
Found mixed up together
Letting go in the moment
Holding without grasping
