I know people who love to amass information, viewpoints and opinions and then (kneeling at Socrates’ tomb) adore disputation. But wisdom … ? Oh well. It’s not their time just yet.
Me, I’ve other things to do more profitable than arguing or explaining, especially when they are hidebound, blind and deaf. And as for their hallowed Socratic Method? Stillborn, I’m afraid.
