Why allow words and concepts to distance us from the real?

About Ben Naga

The Spirit that graces me with its passing has no name and stems not from thoughts and words, though it gathers them up as it flows, but from feeling.

      • For me, it is good to let the mind wander while in a state of meditation, releasing thoughts otherwise not revealed. I watch them float in the space around me on the astral plane. It’s easy to call it that. I could describe it as a place in space where one has the sensation of floating around collecting thoughts and feelings and even memories and future ideas that you want to explore further, if you remember. This may be what I would describe as unborn awareness going through gestation. When ready, it will be released and if not relevant, cast into the collection for the unknown to ponder.
