I feel with my hands. 🙂
But how is it that you feel? What is the underlying?
Right now I’m exhausted and it’s hard to feel anything else. But usually, I feel sad, lost, confused and afraid.
I hear you and wish things might be other for you.
🙂 and tomorrow I may feel different. My life shifts around.
Yep. That’s what I posted about a few days back. 🙂 Today is another day. Meanwhile it is now.
True. The now but what makes me sad is the past.
“The self has no form. You cannot grasp it, you cannot see it, you cannot really define it. You can never say, “Ah, there it is”, (because) you are the consciousness, the perceiving. You are ‘it’. You can never see it as an object, external to yourself. It’s the essence. You are not what is seeing, you are the seeing.” [Eckhart Tolle – source: My Inner Medium]
I have reposted from the dhamma footsteps site’s “third person singular”, which I can see you have seen from your “Like” there. 🙂
Perhaps it helps with understanding this little senryu. what it was trying to point to.
