Hi Ben… yes…. compassion arises…. the blurred spots on the pages in this link…they were created by the tears that fell on the ink the words were written in…. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYEvlcF26oo Created a few years ago as I was “grieving” over/about some difficulties my daughter was experiencing…and realizing I didn’t understand why it was happening and really couldn’t do anything to “fix” it… all I could do was accept not knowing. Now I have a bit more gentle and trusting acceptance of what happens…but it still can catch me off guard.
This piece was, I suppose, about trying to help folk accept pain. Your video seems to be about accepting not knowing. It reminded me of Dunnow’s Principle Of Uncertainty.
