BOREDOM
Do you sometimes find yourself bored and bothered by the fact? Can’t get out of it? Look into your feelings. Boredom, when examined, reveals itself to be simply a wish to be elsewhere. And once you have recognised this, dealing with boredom stops being such a big problem. Before you lie two paths, and which ever one you follow, your boredom will disappear. Decide which one seems the most appropriate; either allow yourself to relax and willingly accept the situation, adopting the most comfortable response, or find something else which will prove more interesting. (This is really just an unpacking of the wisdom expressed in the old cliché: “go with the flow”.)
